Ms. Safa is having 16 years of experience in the industry as HR & Finance Management Professional and she is working as a part of the team as Accounts Manager and brings a wealth of experience to the organization. Ms. Safa is responsible for overseeing Payroll, Payments, Recruiting, Employee relations, benefits and hiring company-wide. She was also involved in employee relations, compensation strategy, performance management and numerous other responsibilities.
Mr.Gem Prasanna is our Technical Manager handling the overall Projects. He is an Instrumentation Engineer with more than 14 Years of experience and working in the Oil & Gas and Power sectors for about 12 years. He has been associated with Global Vision since 2010 and has also quite good working experience with KOC and EPC contractors prior joining Global vision and has been handling the Projects right from the feed till the completion and handing over. He takes care of overall Project Management including the Planning, Manufacturer co-ordination for timely approvals and Delivery, Technical evaluation, review meetings, Expediting works, Installation and commissioning and final close out of Project with the clients.He is part of the Project Team leading a group of Engineers and reports directly to the Vice Chairman.
Dynamic 16 years of experience in oil & gas field reflecting pioneering experience and exceptional performance as Technical Assistant in tendering, projects execution, document control etc in oil & gas sector. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity, and initiative to achieve goals. Mr. Yusuff is a part of Sales Team and is mainly responsible for coordinating all the tenders & projects, sourcing, pricing, and making necessary actions with his innovative strategic plans to win business in the competitive market.
Graduate in Chemical Engineering and he is a competent professional with 8+ years of experience in the area of Process Engineering and Design for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fine Chemicals, Fertilizers; Proven expertise in reviewing engineering & design documents and coordinating with client, consultants, sub-contractors and vendors. Excellent relationship management skills with the internal and the external clients across functional areas. Mr. Jawwad is responsible to handle the projects, involving process equipment’s along with assistance in site surveys, feasibility study, technical evaluation and review of engineering and design.
Shady is having 5 years of experience in Tenders & Procurement and he is working as a part of the team as Senior Commercial Executive and brings a wealth of experience to the organization. Shady is responsible for selecting and bidding for tenders for our various clients. He was also involved in the Procurement, logistics and numerous other responsibilities.
Jacob is a results-oriented and self-motivated professional with 5+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Energy Sectors working as part of the projects team as a Sr. Sales Executive. Gary, having diverse experience in different divisions, also provides assistance to the Business Development team with pre-qualification of suitable and qualified Manufacturers/Contractors for our respective end users. He is also involved with the Commercial team by providing assistance in the Piping Tenders for the end users.
Areej is having 7 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Administration, brings a wealth of experience to the organization. Ms. Areej is responsible for Business Development, Business Relationship Establishment, Public Relations, and Pre-Qualifications.
Mr. Febin is having 8 years of experience in the industry as Business Development & Marketing Professional and he is working as a part of the team as Business Development Manager and brings the abundance of expertise in practical possibilities of bringing in more value to our clients. Mr. Febin is noted for his Project management Skills, he is capable of managing multiple tasks successfully and he is largely responsible for market analysis, finding newer possibilities/markets for our principals, guiding them through prequalification, identifying newer technologies & service providers for the Oil & Gas industry and the complete new business alliances internationally.
Ahmed is having 13 years of experience in the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, industry and energy sector as sales and business development professional and he is working as a part of the team as sales manager. Ahmed is responsible for assist & supervises company Oil, Gas & energy sector business identifying customer’s needs and preparation of sales strategy, Plan strategically for continuous business growth for assigned clients, Develop, follow-up and close business opportunities, Coordinate with sales team and shared services for execution sales targets & execution of projects, Collect, maintain and update information on market trends, requirement and competitive products and services to facilitate development of sales strategies and plans.
- Business Development Team
Business Development Team Coordinates the activities of our Company objective and clears the way for the sales & Projects team to streamline & integrate existing business processes & systems. They identify the pulse of the market and make their strategy with the change of technology and innovations. They are majorly responsible for Identifying qualified international manufacturers to develop the business relationships, navigate them through the business requirements/procedures for the Kuwait Market, feeding them with the corporate knowledge to arrange for the Pre-qualification file through evaluation of technical, commercial and financial document and successful PQ submission. They maintain a good rapport with all our clients and local EPC’s and make regular visits to them on behalf of our principals, for their business support. They act as single point of Contact for all our principals for their Prequalification, Arranging business meetings with EPC’s and our clients-KOC, KNPC, MEW, PIC, etc.
The Projects Team focuses more on complex issues faced by Clients ad emphasizes more in providing them with an engineered, most economically feasible and optimum solution through our Principals. Various methodologies are being implemented for effective marketing such as in-depth technical presentations to the end users/ EPC’s, pilot projects, site visits, factory visits, etc. The Projects Team is actively involved with all local EPC’s identifying the project requirements and providing active support to the EPC’s from the Bidding Stage for all the Principals that are represented.
The Commercial team having vast experience and knowledge in sourcing are actively involved in all Commercial Tenders for end users such as KNPC, KOC, JO, MEW/MPW, MOH, etc. These Tenders are mainly for direct purchase by the respective end user for their warehouse stock replenishment, project free-issue of material, etc.
